How Clean is Your House – TV

As I was flipping through the channels last month, I saw something that caught my attention. A woman with a British accent was explaining all the bacteria she’d found in a family’s home. The father looked a little frightened. The mother looked as if she were going to be sick. I stopped flipping, and sat down to watch. And after the show was over, I got up and cleaned house in fear of what nasty bacteria were lurking in our sinks. Media Week in Review – April 7th – 12th

Welcome to our week in review for Media! We had a fun week – let’s see what we were up to. We started with a joyful children’s book, “And Here’s to You” by David Elliot. This book looks at the good in different types of animals and people, and celebrates it all. Mission Organization – TV Review

Some people enjoy watching TV shows that have million dollar homes. Not me. I drool over Mission Organization on HGTV. Sad, huh? But I love watching junky rooms transformed into gleaming organized spaces in the space of a half an hour. It gives me hope for my own house. At the beginning of each show, host Gail O’Neill tours a disorganized room in a family home. She then sends in a professional organizer to work with the family.
