I have a confession to make. I really fight the urge to wiggle, but sometimes, I just can't help it. And it's usually to the stupidest songs on the show, too - but hey, they've got a catchy beat.

"Hoop-Dee-Do - It's a Wiggly Party!" was a new one at our house this week. With the discovery that my two-year-old is a musical genius, we've done what we can to hunt up different musically-based DVDs for him to watch. He quite enjoys the Wiggles.

We start this show like we would any party - with the guests arriving and getting situated. We hear the song "Wiggly Party" as they get their party hats.

Then we move on to the "Wiggly Polka," which my two-year-old quite enjoys. I'd be a bit remiss if I didn't say, I rather liked it too.

We have a craft segment, wherein we learn how to make an emu costume. Now, I have to be totally honest here and say that I've never desired to make an emu costume, but if I ever wanted to, I now have the knowledge I need to do it. This of course leads us into the song, "Move Like an Emu, Move."

Then we meet Fernando and his son, Little Fernando, who have come all the way from Mexico to tell us a little about life there, and to sing "La Cucaracha" for us.

Out of all the segments on this DVD, "Captain's Magic Buttons" is my son's favorite. Captain Feathersword has gold buttons on his pirate jacket, and if you push them, you can make him do different things, including sing opera, bark like a dog, and take a nap.

My personal favorite, however, was "Caveland," where we see what the Wiggles look like as Claymation cavemen. That was a riot.

The Wiggles don't miss a beat in this fun and frolicking DVD, perfect to add to your toddler's collection.
